Comprehensive Eye Exams
We provide comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages. A comprehensive eye exam includes an evaluation of the internal eye health, eye coordination, pupil reactions, eyelid health, as well as a refraction. A refraction is that portion of the exam devoted to determining what correction, if any, is needed to see more clearly or comfortably.

Cataract Post-Op Care
We provide post-op care for cataract surgery. This includes all visits required after your surgery unless you experience a very unusual complication.
Diabetic Eye Care
We provide comprehensive eye exams for diabetic patients. We send a report to your physician describing the presence and extent of diabetic retinopathy after your exam. If we see signs of diabetic retinopathy that may require laser treatment, then we will refer you to a retinal specialist.
Glaucoma Treatment
Glaucoma is an eye disease usually associated with high eye pressure that causes a deterioration on the optic nerve, and results in a loss of peripheral vision. We provide Glaucoma diagnosis and treatment. Most patients use prescription drops once or twice a day to lower the pressure in their eyes. Periodic perimetry is usually part of glaucoma treatment.
Perimetry
Perimetry is a test of peripheral vision that involves concentrating on a small, central light and then pushing a button each time a light appears somewhere in the peripheral part of ones vision. This test is used to evaluate glaucoma progression as well as a variety of other neurological and retinal diseases. Our office uses an Allergan/Humphrey perimeter.
Fundus Photography
We occasionally take photographs of the internal portion of the eye. Most commonly photographs are done to monitor changes in the optic nerve due to glaucoma and to monitor pigmented areas in the choroid.
